FAQ:

Can someone else pick up the bouquet for me?

Yes! You are able to send someone on your behalf. A list of names of our subscription holders will be provided at The Flower Shed during pick up. Whomever you send in your place to pick up your bouquet is responsible for crossing your name (or the recipient they are picking up for) off the provided list. This signifies that your bouquet has been claimed for the week.

What if I can’t make it to grab my bouquet and it’s left at The Flower Shed?

Because of the perishable nature of flowers, we are not able to hold your bouquet for that week. We will not reimburse. Un-claimed bouquets will be lovingly donated to our local nursing home. Please send someone in your place, such as a friend or neighbor, to retrieve your subscription if you are unable.

Can I split a subscription with somebody?

Absolutely. If you know you’ll be out of town for a few of the subscription weeks, or simply just want someone else to share in the joy of receiving weekly flowers, this would be a great solution. A primary recipient needs to be selected— this individual should be the purchaser of the subscription and will receive email updates over the course of the subscription’s duration.

Can I be refunded at any point during the subscription?

At this time, we are not able to issue refunds. All subscription sales are final. If you choose to give a subscription away to another recipient, an email must be sent to lilybeecollective@gmail.com one week prior to the change of subscription ownership.

“‘This is the recipe of life’ said my mother as she held me in her arms. ‘Think of those flowers you plant in the garden each year, they will teach you that people too must wilt, fall, root, and rise in order to bloom.’”
